Securing approval for the UK visitor visa does not solely rely in satisfying all the documentary requirements. There are other factors that applicants from Thailand should consider. Usually, these aspects readily determine the application’s success.
Approval Determinants

Authenticity of the documents – Applicants must ensure that the papers they submit are authentic. They should not resort to forging documents for consular officers will eventually know. It should be always remembered that authorities have formal training in identifying fake forms.

The length of stay – A UK visitor visa holder is permitted to stay for a maximum of three (3) months. They may also extend it to another three (3) months. Some applicants are fortunate enough to have a 6-month stay. However, an intending visitor who fails to present sufficient grounds or reasons to return to Thailand may not be able to secure a favorable grant. In addition, a visit that is purely aimed for pleasure and purposes would not consume too much time. Applicants are therefore advised to shorten their stay. This is most especially true if they are applying for the first time.

Relationship with the sponsor – The UK visitor visa permits sponsorship. However, applicants must present the relationship’s authenticity. Evidence of continuous communication must be shown. Pictures, chat conversations and e-mails are strong evidence that can be submitted.

Financial stability – Despite of having a willing sponsor, still, it is best if applicants can prove that they are capable of supporting themselves. It can readily strengthen the application mainly because it shows that the visitor is less likely to seek assistance from public funds.

Accommodation proof – Aside from the financial stability, applicants must also show that they have enough accommodation in the country. If they will be staying in a relative’s house, they must state its address. The same rule applies to those who will be staying in hotels.

UK visitor visa applications have no interviews. Thus, meeting the above-mentioned conditions shall definitely increase one’s approval chances.
