— Medical Malpractice
Medical Malpractice is an act or omission by a health care provider which deviates from accepted standards of practice in the medical community and which causes injury to the patient. In other words, if a medical professional is negligent in their role, and it causes an injury, it may be compensable in a medical malpractice claim.

— Personal Injury
Personal Injury cases relate to injuries incurred through the carelessness, negligence or irresponsible behavior of another individual organization or business. In a personal injury case, the injured individual may recover civil damages. If you have been injured by use of product, in a car accident or through some other act of negligence, you have suffered a personal injury and should consult with a personal injury lawyer or attorney.

— Social Security
No one ever asks to be impaired or to have their ability to work limited. Yet, that is often an unforeseeable consequence of life. In fact, statistics say that as much as 25% of the population may become disabled during their lifetime. This is where social security and a social security attorney can help.

— Worker's Compensation
Workers' Compensation laws entitle employees to certain benefits when a personal injury is suffered in an accident arising out of and in the context of employment. In Minnesota, employers are required to carry workers' compensation insurance and all workers are covered with few exceptions. Benefits may include temporary total disability benefits while you can't work, payment of your medical bills, permanent partial disability benefits, or total disability benefits.

— Wrongful Death
A wrongful death occurs when one person is killed as a result of the negligence of another. Even though nothing will ever bring a loved one back, the decedent's surviving dependents or beneficiaries may be entitled to monetary damages as a result of the negligent conduct. This is the basis of a wrongful death lawsuit.
In a wrongful death civil lawsuit, families may recover financial damages related to pain and suffering, lost wages, mental anguish, loss of companionship, medical costs, and other expenses including, in some cases, punitive damages. If you have lost a loved one to wrongful death, you may be eligible for damages.
