Hadromi & Partners, located in the central business district of Jakarta, is now an established law firm, well-known for its expertise in foreign and local investment matters, joint ventures, corporate law, shipping, finance and banking, intellectual property, tax and litigation. Most of our clients are foreign companies and high net-worth individuals with business interests in Indonesia as well as overseas. We serve a wide variety of clients from the UK, the USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Germany, France, and Italy. While maintaining our independence, we maintain close relationships with major foreign law firms to better provide multi and cross-national client services for our clients.

The firm was established in 1999 in the midst of the South East Asian financial crisis. This monetary crisis set into motion dramatic changes in Indonesia’s political, economic as well as legal environment. The demand for legal services due to these dramatic changes allows the firm to provide legal services to a broad clientele.

We provide real value services through the efficient and timely delivery of legal services and counsel in a manner which help clients achieve their objectives by adopting a practical business approach.
