The Hassan Rahmouni (HR) Law Firm is totally dedicated to serving incoming businesses into the Moroccan market. It was founded by Professor Hassan Rahmouni whose impressive career in academia and in the public service is publicly known. Professor Rahmouni holds a PhD in Law from Sorbonne University as well as a B.A. and an M.A. in Law (Mohamed V University, Rabat, Morocco). He has been teaching law in Moroccan Universities since 1973 and has been lecturing in some of the most prestigious US universities like Harvard University (JFK School of Government), Indiana University School of Law (Indianapolis), Purdue and UCLA. He has also lectured at the UK Defence Academy, the US National Defence University and the European Center for Security Studies. Me Rahmouni has also served as “Governor” in Casablanca (1992 to 1998) and has been “Chevalier” of the Order of the Throne since 1995 (Royal Honor Distinction).

Professor Rahmouni is a legal consultant, a practicing attorney and a business and public law expert, sworn in member of the Casablanca Order of Lawyers, with pleading powers before all Moroccan courts, including the Moroccan Supreme Court. Also authorized to carry out professional legal advising for national and foreign firms operating in Morocco.
