The law firm of Abernathy, Story, Stovall, Niner, Hood, Harris, Garner and Ashworth is located in Franklin, Tennessee. Our attorneys serve clients from around Middle Tennessee and beyond, providing them with personal attention and knowledgeable legal representation. We advocate for clients in matters related to: Family Law; Criminal Law; and Personal Injury. Several of our attorneys are Rule 31 mediators. - Family Law

At Abernathy, Story, Stovall, Niner, Hood, Harris, Garner & Ashworth, our lawyers handle divorces, child custody disputes, financial matters such as child support and property division, juvenile court proceedings and post-divorce issues. Although we handle almost any criminal case, the majority of our criminal matters fall into these categories: Drug charges; DUI charges; Assault and theft charges. If you were arrested and charged, or are being investigated for, one of these crimes, it is important to contact a seasoned defense lawyer right away. The sooner you begin to develop a defense strategy, the stronger your case will be. We defend clients vigorously, seeking the best possible outcome for each case. That outcome may be probation, dismissal of charges, alternative sentencing or acquittal at trial. - Personal Injury
