Andrew C. Aitken is an experienced intellectual property lawyer and has been practicing for more than 20 years. He also litigated trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board such as opposition proceedings and cancellation proceedings. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants is such disputes.In connection with his trademark work, Andy has special expertise in counseling the beverage manufacturing industry including trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, trademark litigation, the preparation of distribution agreements, copackaging agreements and other contracts. Mr. Aitken represents numerous wineries, importers and manufactures of distilled spirits throughout the world.
Mr. Aitkens patent work includes extensive experience in the amusement game industry, surgical implants, software, business methods and mechanical inventions. He works with a network of foreign associates to secure worldwide protection for new inventions.
