The Saudi Law office had been founded by him in 1978. He obtained the license no. 18 from the Saudi Major Court, and license no. 98 from Ministry of Commerce of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and after the issuance of the advocacy regulation issued by the Royal Decree no. M/38 dated 28/7/1422 he obtained the license no. 7/23 dated 19/5/1423H from Ministry of Justice. In 2007 Dr. Al-Suwailem had his Ph.D from Ain Shams University.
