André Tinoco Abogados (ATA), a law firm in Costa Rica, was established in 1988 and developed to a high quality full services specialized Law Firm based in San José, Costa Rica, covering all fields of law. In 2008 ATA joined Lexincorp-Central American Law Firm, with offices in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.

The Firm has a strong presence in the business community of San José. Through its international network it maintains links with leading Law Firms around the world. Its members are experienced and dynamic attorneys who have contributed to achieve for the firm its reputation and prestige as one of the leading law firms of Costa Rica with international experience. All of the lawyers of ATA are at least bilingual (English, Spanish, German and French) and have US and European training.
