This law regulates the advertising of airfares to consumers and requires very specific disclosure of all costs, surcharges and taxes. We also handle complaints by state Attorneys General and District Attorneys offices on a wide ranges of issues from seller of travel violations to consumer protection.
Seller of Travel Registration: Our office helps thousands of clients register as Sellers of Travel with the appropriate state agencies. Seller of Travel registration is mandatory in certain states and failure to register improper registration may lead to fines or suspension. We advise agencies, operators and carriers on relevant Seller of Travel laws and help prevent from them from inadvertent violations. We can also help expedite ARC, IATAN IATA, TRUE, TRIP, and CLIA identification registrations. We assist with bonding, trust accounts, E&O, and traveler’s insurance.
