We are qualified to practice law in Indonesia and to provide legal counsel to and represent foreign and Indonesia clients. The firm’s strength is developed through its partner’s extensive experience in various legal fields.We are experienced in dealing with the power generation and transmission, energy, project finance, general corporate matters, banking & finance transactions, as well as loan syndication, structured finance, corporate/debt restructuring, commercial papers’ issuance, ISDA derivative transactions, and commercial litigation/arbitration. We are also experienced in dealing with Indonesian government’s agencies such as Bank Indonesia/Central Bank, Capital Market Supervisory Board, Investment Coordination Board etc.
We have a good network of law firms in Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Washington, New York and London.The partner of the firm has special interest in derivative matters and is conversant in dealing with ISDA Master Agreement.
In addition, for the last five years Mr. Anullah has played significant role in:
(i) an international arbitration held in Paris, France involving US $ 670 million claim on power project investment dispute in cooperation with Washington DC, New York & London law firms as member of counsel for the State Owned Companies 1999-2000;
(ii) counseling the negotiation of derivative transactions under ISDA Agreement in 2001-2002;
(iii) renegotiation of gas supply agreement in 2004;
(iv) as Indonesian legal counsel for Indonesian state owned electricity company in its contract restructuring and renegotiation with more than 20 Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in 2002-2004; (v) domestic arbitration conducted under the Rules of Indonesian National Arbitration Agency in 2004-2005;
(vi) as Indonesian legal counsel in development of 2 x 55MW coal steam power plant project in Batam island, Indonesia, 2004;
(vii) acted as counsel in negotiation of time charter agreement for Indonesian state owned dredging company in 2005-2006;
(viii) as Indonesian legal counsel for the consortium in development of 2 mine mouth coal fired power plant projects in South Sumatra and South Kalimantan in 2005-2006, and
(ix) as counsel for a pension fund in connection with issuance and purchase of IDR 155 billion promissorry notes issued by a local company, 2005.

Licensed Advocate and Mr. Anullah is admitted in all District Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
