Ms. Pearce is a member of the Board of Governors for the Fifth Circuit Bar Association, for which she served as President, and the Federal Bar Association, for which she served as Chairperson of the Appellate Section. Ms. Pearce clerked for the late Honorable Chief Judge Henry Politz of the Federal Fifth Circuit, and graduated from Tulane Law School, summa cum laude, with a 3.9 GPA.
