Arenales & Skinner-Klée has been recognised in Central America as one of the leading legal firms in international business transactions and litigation.
As a result of the merger, Arenales & Skinner-Klée has expanded and diversified its operations in different service areas, such as: agency and distributorship law, arbitration law, banking and financial law, corporate law, constitutional law, privatisation law, energy law, intellectual property, insurance law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, mining law, tax law, maritime law, telecommunications law and others.
