Atherstone & Cook can trace its roots back some 80 years. The present firm was founded by Mr William Atherstone (now deceased) and Lindsay Cook, the current Senior Partner. The firm was established in 1957 and has grown to be one of Zimbabwe's leading legal firms, specialising in commercial, corporate and tax law, offering a full range of legal services. The firm has nine partners (representing a combined total of over 200 years in practice in Zimbabwe, with considerable specialist expertise), five qualified assistants and six paralegals. Members belong to the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
