Defense attorney Joe Grassi is a certified criminal trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He fights in South Jersey municipal, state and federal courts for clients facing criminal charges involving: Drunk driving and traffic offenses; Drug crimes; Sex offenses; violent crimes; White collar crimes; and Murder/homicide. For those who qualify, we can clear your arrest and/or criminal record through expungement.
- Real Estate
We are a full-service real estate law firm providing legal advice and negotiation assistance with loan modifications, transactional services such as title search and real estate closings, and representation in real estate litigation and builder disputes. We represent buyers and sellers, condo associations, developers and builders, as well as contractors and subcontractors.
