Affordable DUI Defense
Utah DUI laws are too harsh in our opinion - especially for first time offenders who can lose their drivers license and go to jail. For a first time conviction, a Utah driver will receive an alcohol restricted license - driving with even a of alcohol in your system could lead to another arrest.
Many people charged with drunk driving do not have the ability to afford an aggressive defense. Unfortunately, many local criminal defense attorneys charge considerable fees to provide an aggressive defense to a DUI charge - in some cases as much as $5000 for a first DUI charge.
Our approach is different. Rather than charging people an arm and a leg, we charge an affordable flat fee for a first time DUI charge. Even for a felony DUI charge, we are reasonable in our fee structure. Not only do we offer a flat fee for a first time DUI charge, we do not charge extra if the case goes to trial — our flat fee covers the cost of trial if trial becomes necessary.
