We are currently involved in assisting the D.G Bureau Of Privatisation Enterprise (BPE) in provision of legal support services. We were actively involved in the consolidation in the Banking Industry that led to a minimum capitalisation of approximately USD 195m per bank and acted for some emerging banks as well as for the National Insurance Commission of Nigeria in verifying the Capital Base of companies in the Insurance Sector Consolidation.
