Law Firm Overview

As Principal of ▪berndt law offices PLLC, Mr. Berndt concentrates his litigation
practice in the representation of individuals and companies in disputes
involving Construction, Mechanic's Lien Foreclosures, and Corporate and
Commercial matters, Felony and lesser-level Criminal Defense, and Marital
Dissolutions. Non-litigation representation includes Commercial and
Residential Development projects, conveyance and lending, and Business
Sale/Merger/Acquisition transactions.

Mr. Berndt is licensed to practice in state and federal courts, representing
clients in cases before Minnesota State and Federal District Courts, Court
of Appeals, Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Mr. Berndt also represents pilot clients in matters before the Federal Aviation
Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.

Mr. Berndt is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar
Associations, and is a member of the Real Property Law section.

Married with two children, he is active in the community, having been
appointed to the City of Shoreview Environmental Quality Commission,
coaching many youth sports teams, and teaching Confirmation classes at
Incarnation Lutheran Church in North Oaks, Minnesota. Mr. Berndt also acts
as counsel to non-profit organizations throughout the Twin Cities.

Mr. Berndt obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School
of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He completed his undergraduate studies at
Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in
History and Religion.

Laurel M. Randall

Ms. Randall is Office Administrator-Paralegal at ▪berndt law offices PLLC. She
has worked with Mr. Berndt for the last fifteen years.

Especially proficient in Litigation, Family, Criminal, and Real Property
matters; she serves as liaison for the firm with clients, Courts, and various
professional organizations.

A native Minnesotan, she obtained her degree at Anoka-Hennepin
Community College in the Twin Cities, and periodically attends continuing
legal education seminars in our areas of practice. She is married with a new
daughter.
