Family Law – experience includes many cases settled, some tried, with emphasis on minimizing quarreling while protecting clients’ rights.
Personal Injury practice has included million dollar cases, $45,000 recovery against Continental Tire on proof of motorcycle inner tube flaw.
Business law – corporations, partnerships, LLCs, sale of businesses, franchises, litigation - breach of contract.
Criminal Defense – felony trials, acquittal of 4 felony counts in Farmington jury trial, many misdemeanor and DUI cases settled with minimal penalties, arson, robbery, rape cases handled.
Tax Controversies – eleven years handling IRS cases in Commissioner’s office Wash, D.C. and Dallas Appeals, twenty years’ member of U. S. Tax court bar.
