Boughton Law Corporation is a full service law firm located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with a branch in Whitehorse, Yukon. Boughton was formed as a successor to Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson, a partnership that began in 1949.

The Vancouver Boughton office currently has more than 50 lawyers who offer legal services in the areas of aboriginal law, administrative law, banking, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporate and commercial law, complex litigation, cross border and immigration, employment law, entertainment law, environmental law, estates, trusts and wills, intellectual property, labour, real estate, securities, taxation and transportation law.
