Area of Interest
Mr. Pollock's area of interest is the defense of civil asset seizure/forfeiture proceedings. He realized that people may not know about their rights to contest those actions and so wants to help them recover their property. He is eager to use his civil litigation experience to help people get their assets back from local law enforcement agencies.
Background
Mr. Pollock is a Florida native. He grew up in South Florida and graduated from Pine Crest Preparatory School in 1992, before going on to receive his Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Florida in 1996.
