My work as an insurance defense lawyer has been of enormous value in building cases for people injured or the families of those killed in catastrophic accidents. I investigate all of my clients' legal options. Additionally, the areas in which I practice regularly are intertwined. For instance, a personal injury compensation issue involving a minor may also involve a guardianship matter, or elder abuse by a caregiver may result in a fraudulent will claim and a wrongful death case always requires an estate to be opened.
