Our partners are recommended in several independent publications, especially on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, competition and dispute resolution. Our partners are included in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague and act also as arbitrators in Vienna, Paris and Lausanne.

Our office is located in the heart of Prague.
The firm was established in 1990, immediately after the first private law firms were allowed in the former Czechoslovakia. In 2001 the firm merged with the law firm Cermak Horejs Vrba, specialized in intellectual property, under the name Cermak Horejs Myslil a spol. In 2008 this law firm decided to divide and we renewed our activities under the name Bubník Myslil & Partners.
