1.1 Civil law- General civil law “Buchkov and Kostow” provides legal assistance in all spheres of civil law, including arranging questions connected with the legal status of legal subjects, and the registration of juristic persons, associations and foundations.
The firm deals with all legal problems within this sphere of activity that could arise in connection with, for example, acquiring Bulgarian citizenship, and temporary or long term stay of foreign citizens in Bulgaria.
- Corporate and commercial law
Corporate and commercial law constitutes one of the most active areas of our practice. Our areas of advice in corporate law include all aspects of company law, pre/post acquisition restructuring, registration of legal entities and representative offices, and the registration of shares. In the field of commercial law, we have thorough experience of drafting contracts for our clients. This includes agency and distribution agreements, commercial sales contracts, loans, pledge agreements and guarantees, and license and franchise agreements.
