Our primary practice is focused on investment in the tourist destinations of Mexico. Thanks to the use of current technologies, we are able to attend to matters all over the country, with particular interest in tourist areas such as Acapulco, Los Cabos, San Felipe, Huatulco, Loreto, Manzanillo, Ixtapa – Zihuatanejo, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and special emphasis on the Yucatan Peninsula in places such as Bacalar, Campeche, Cancun, Chetumal, Cozumel, Majahual, Isla Mujeres, Mérida, Playa del Carmen (Riviera Maya) and Tulum.

At Calderón & Asociados, we are committed to the environment and our society, mandating participation in pro-bono services for people in need as well as local private assistance institutions at no cost. As a part of our services, we provide free legal assistance to several non-government institutions such as: Malix Pek, A. C., Cáritas Quintana Roo A.C., Ruiz Velasco Center for Women and Reforestamos Mexico A.C.

All of our staff at Calderón & Asociados, are bilingual, speaking Spanish and English. Our varied experiences enable us to provide efficient service, attending to the most specific needs of our clients. Gustavo Calderón has studied French and Portuguese and has a working knowledge of both languages, though doesn’t claim to be fluent in either.

These properties are treated differently than standard real-estate, therefore it is important for the buyer to understand all of the subtleties and nuances that are involved with these special transactions and have someone on their side who is experienced in the process of Agrarian law.
