Candido, Martins & Galizzi was born from the encounter of the will and ideals of the founding partners, who dedicate their surname to the formation of the initials CM&G. Alamy Candido, Henrique Martins and Gustavo Galizzi distinguished themselves as leading lawyers at a prominent law firm in São Paulo. After years of working at such law firm and other local and international law firms, all three decided to listen to their entrepreneurial calling to open their own law firm. This idea sprouted to life with the creation in August 2010 of CM&G.The Law Firm was conceived in the format of a boutique firm, advising clients in the area of corporate and tax law, focusing on corporate and tax consulting, mergers and acquisitions, tax and corporate planning and administrative proceedings. Through partnerships with other law firms of the same profile and quality, CM&G has a structure to attend its clients in several sophisticated and high-level transactions, with involvement in due diligence and assistance in other areas of law, such as intellectual property, real estate, civil and labor.
The objective of the Law Firm is to offer to its clients a sophisticated legal assistance by means of an efficient and condensed structure.
