An additional $1.5 million was awarded in further compensatory damages amounting to a total award of $95 million . Aaron Rents, Inc. is the industry leader in leasing furniture, appliances and electronics to consumers throughout the United States and Canada.
The Plaintiff, Ashley Alford, was an employee of Aaron Rents, Inc. from 2005-2006 and made claims that the store manager was inappropriately touching her, which eventually ended in a sexual assault.
