Central European Advisory Group (CEAG) is a multidisciplinary law firm and business advisory active in the Czech Republic and throughout the Central and Eastern European region. CEAG combines legal and business advisory services in the area of corporate, commercial, energy & insolvency law and M&A.CEAG through its CEAG Legal Exchange Network of affiliated law firms has a capacity to provide and coordinate legal services and business transactions across the CEE region.
General Corporate Legal Services
CEAG provides its clients a broad range of legal services covering corporate, commercial, energy, transactional law and a number of other areas. Our services include commercial issues, such as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (e.g., purchase, supply, licensing and distribution contracts, and contract manufacturing arrangements), providing legal advice on various regulatory matters such as issues related to advertisement, consumer protection and competition, energy as well as employment law and considerations surrounding acquisition or setting up of a new operation in Central European countries.
Our services also include debt collection and receivables administration, regulatory monitoring in specific sectors and corporate secretarial services such as financial statement filings, control agreement or related party reports, change of local executive, and so on.
CEAG provides legal advisory services to top managers in connection with their protection in executing their managerial duties and in MBOMBI transactions.
Mergers & Acquisitions
The M&A team provide its clients with a comprehensive package of services, including the identification of suitable acquisition targets, structuring the right transaction, conducting due diligence and providing transactional legal services. Also, CEAG has the practical skills and knowledge required for complex restructurings and exits, as well as other forms of structured finance transactions (both cross-border and domestic), gained directly in creating and executing successful deals.
