Law Firm Overview
In 2006 the British Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the Chamber of Industries of Pichincha united in a mission to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services to Ecuador and the World. We worked arduously to make our ideal become a reality and with the approval of the Ecuadorian Federation of Chambers and inscription with the National Judicial Council of Commerce on the 21 April 2007 our vision became a reality.Our legal recognition, given the continued conflicts in the national judicial system, has provided the country with an independent and unique ADR centre in Ecuador, founded upon international standards and ethical codes of practice so that our clients, either industry, commerce, International Chambers of Commerce or governmental organisations can confidently and economically access an irreproachable alternative dispute resolution service in Ecuador.
