Acting as solicitors to the Issue for Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. and Niger Insurance Plc on their respective Rights Issue.
Advising Union Bank of Nigeria Plc in its Acquisition of UTB during the Banks reconsolidation.
Advising the Bauchi, Rivers and Abia states on their respective Bonds issues.
