- Wrongful Termination

We place great emphasis on preparation by gathering facts and obtaining witness statements in the early stages in order to effectively leverage the merits of each claim.

- Age Discrimination

Conforto Law Group assists you if you have been discriminated against at your place of employment and are 40 years of age or older. In many cases, the plaintiff lacks direct evidence of discrimination and must prove discriminatory intent indirectly by inference. The Supreme Court has created a structure for analyzing these types of cases through the use of circumstantial evidence, commonly known as the McDonnell Douglas burden-shifting formula. There are certain actions that can be taken to assert your rights.

- Gender Discrimination

Conforto Law Group represents individuals in Greater Boston and throughout Massachusetts who have been subjected to adverse employment actions and unfair treatment based on gender.

- Race Discrimination

An employer may also violate state and federal law where it excludes minorities from positions or groups employees such that certain jobs are predominately held by individuals of a certain race, color, or national origin.

Examples of handicaps include vision or hearing impairment, a heart condition, or depression. A "qualified" handicapped person must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
