Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP serves international, national and local clients in a wide range of legal disciplines. Founded in 1944, the Firm began in Wilmington, Delaware as an intellectual property firm. Today, our practice areas include all intellectual property services and major technologies. From its home office in Delaware, the Firm also offers corporate, commercial and bankruptcy services for which the Delaware courts are renowned, as well as taxation. In 2001, we established an office in Washington, DC, which gives us a presence close to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission. The Firm’s first chair litigation group in its Washington, D.C. office has expanded the Firm’s reach into courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. By 2005, we entered Southern California and opened an office in Los Angeles. This office offers intellectual property and litigation services in the Central District of California and other courts throughout the State of California and positions the Firm closer to technology centers on the West Coast as well as businesses in the Pacific Rim.
