Corporate and Banking Law Firm ‘the Firm’ is a law firm successfully incorporated after several years of extensive efforts exerted by the Firm’s Founder; Mr. Hany Abdel Latif, attorney at Law.The Firm is engaged in general practice and has wide and truly professional experience in international business transactions, banking and capital markets, construction and commercial activities, industrial property registration, tourism, manufacturing, taxation and real estate matters.
The Firm believes that the best way of solving clients’ problems is to involve one legal entity to protect all their interests. Hence, the Firm has formed a specialized group comprising highly experienced counsels and lawyers capable to achieve its goals efficiently

The protection of clients’ information is one of the top articles in the Firm’s code of conduct.
Lawyers, counsels and all staff are very much aware of the importance of this issue.
Apart from this, only authorized staff has access to confidential data. Meanwhile, clients’ files and documents are well secured and protected.
