- Employee Discrimination
Our firm has broad experience in dealing with employment discrimination issues. In recent they have handled many claims of discrimination involving age, race, gender, national origin, religion, sexual preference, and disability. - Social Security Disability
Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) is a program administered by the Social Security Administration that provides monetary assistance for those who qualify as disabled under the administration's rules and regulations. This program requires that the worker has earned 20 out of 40 work credits during the past 10 years or that he has recently worked at least 5 years. Workers who do not qualify for the SSDI program can often qualify for benefits under the Supplemental Security Insurance (SSI) program. Our attorneys have over 40 years of experience with assisting clients with obtaining their rightful Social Security Disability benefits. We can assist you in two ways: Streamline your initial claim by providing you with expert advice; and Provide expert assistance with preparation of your case at the appeal level (where you will go before an administrative law judge) and you will be represented by one of our attorneys.
