Craft & Sheppard, PLC is a full-service Tennessee law firm that offers personal and business advisory, and litigation services to our clients. We practice and offer legal services in the areas of complex litigation, general counsel services, mass tort, insurance subrogation, healthcare law, claims dispute resolution, personal injury, workers' compensation and ERISA, as well as coordination of specialized legal services. The firm's clients consist of individuals and Fortune 500 companies, and we are involved in all regions of Tennessee and the United States.

Our firm has two departments: personal and business. Each department handles varying cases and is staffed by attorneys experienced in those areas. In this manner, clients can benefit from that attorney's unique experience, discipline, and focus.

Some of our cases have been publicized in the media, including the Covington Pike Toyota case which aired on CBS's 60 Minutes. Other class action cases, such as the Peter Pan Peanut Butter (we were the first law firm in the country to file) and menu food matters, have received substantial national and TV attention.

Craft & Sheppard Supreme Court Review Both Mr. Craft and Mr. Sheppard are admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Craft & Sheppard analyze and summarize each Supreme Court ruling as it is handed down, and also author a yearly article on the High Court's opinions for the Tennessee Bar Association. The firm also presents education seminars for other Tennessee attorneys on the history of the United States Supreme Court, its makeup, patterns, and decisions. Attorneys from other states also attend Craft & Sheppard's yearly Supreme Court webinar. The opinions of the US Supreme Court impact every person and business in America and should be of great interest to every lawyer and citizen.
