Prior to that time, Jesse Smith served as Deputy Pima County Attorney for seven years, where he prosecuted many high profile cases. He also headed the Appeals Division and successfully argued cases at the Arizona Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court.Our goal is to minimize the stress and trauma that results from being accused of a crime by providing aggressive defense and personalized service.
