In January, 2009, Aju International Law Group, a corporate law firm that was founded in 1994 merged with Daeryook International Law Firm, another corporate law firm that was founded in 1996 to become DR & AJU International Law Firm (“DR & AJU”). “Specialization” and “internationalization” were two shared objectives that convinced two leading Korean corporate law firms to combine their talent and resources. As of 2010, DR & AJU is at the vanguard of Korean law firms’ overseas expansion.
