Law Firm Overview
I am one of 217 attorneys in the State of Florida that is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation Law. I represent companies and individuals in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts, primarily in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. I also represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and administrative/government agency hearings.I am the Senior Associate at the law firm of Kramer, Sopko & Levenstein, P.A. in Stuart, Florida. My practice focuses on commercial litigation, which includes prosecution and defense of contract disputes, UCC actions, real estate related litigation, and business torts, such as theft of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and usurpation of corporate opportunities. I also undertake judgment enforcements, special assets litigation, and provide legal counsel to clients in business transactions, such as forming entities and partnerships and the sale of assets.
I am a member of the Florida Bar, the Martin County Bar Association, and the Major B. Harding American Inns of Court. I am licensed to practice law before all Florida State Courts, including the Florida Supreme Court. I am also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 11th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Federal and bankruptcy Courts in Florida. I am additionally admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
As a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, I served as a criminal defense attorney representing soldiers in courts-martial and before administrative hearing boards. I was stationed in Texas, Korea, Japan, and Georgia.
I earned my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and obtained my bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. I speak Japanese, some Korean, am an Eagle Scout.
