- Expungements

If you were charged with but not convicted of a criminal offense, the record of that offense can be removed now through an expungement. Not all offenses can be expunged. Generally, expungement applies to summary offenses (lower-level offenses) and traffic offenses. Certain criminal convictions can be removed after 10 years. Contact our law firm to determine if you can clear your criminal record through an expungement.

- Pardons

Certain offenses cannot be removed through an expungement. Individuals in this situation who wish to have a criminal offense removed from their record may seek a pardon by applying through the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons. Technically, there is no offense that cannot be pardoned. However, the decision of whether a conviction can be removed through a pardon is left to the Board of Pardons' discretion. Our attorneys can assess your case to determine if you may be eligible to receive a pardon.
