Dr J R Pace & Partners is a sole practitioner firm which however has excellent professional andor personal links with other legal professionals and can thus call upon a wide resource of know-how and experience in the indicated areas of the law. Dr J R Pace has been in legal practice since 1962 having graduated Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) with high honour in November 1961 at the University of Malta. He also holds the Diploma of Leal Procurator (1957) and of Notary Public (1960). Dr Pace is the son of a Lawyer (deceased) and has gained experience as a general practitioner both as litigator (advocate) and as legal advisor. He has avised and defended the interests of several commercial firms and business individuals. He has participated in several professional seminars workshops and has never stopped acquiring new knowledge and practice as the law develops.Dr Pace has practiced in several areas of the law, such as administrative & governmental trade and commerce disputes and issues (for example shop leases setting up companies, company litigation etc) banking matters (eg negotiation of loans and defending clients whose property came under the auction hammer) property issues such as property ownershp searches, boundary or title disputes, landlord and tenant, real estate transactions, transfer, leases, emphyteutical grants inheritance law matters family law including marriage separations (judicial or contractual), child maintenance, access, custody, abduction remedies, mediation procedures employment issues, employment contracts, employment licences or work permits visas and nationality issues immigration law etc. etc
