Evans & Co founded in 1987 by Thomas A.E. Evans, Q.C. is a full service Law Firm but specialization is Litigation. The firm has developed a stellar reputation for having some of the best advocates in the Bahamas.

The attorneys are experienced in all areas of litigation although there is a greater concentration on commercial litigation. Mr. Evans, Q.C. has appeared in many of the biggest criminal cases in the country both as a prosecutor and a defence counsel. However in recent years his concentration has been on commercial litigation appearing in many major matters before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Mr. Milton Evans has a vast knowledge of Constitutional and Administrative Law having worked with the Government of the Bahamas for 9 years as counsel and legal adviser. He is also well known as a litigator in the Bahamas whose concentration has been in civil litigation. This foundation has been built on by adding four other excellent attorneys who are quickly developing a reputation in their own right providing a solid structure to offer efficient service to the clients of Evans & Co.
