Mr. Graovac has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property fields in the territories of former Yugoslavia. He was the partner in IP firm Zivko Mijatovic & Partners (1991-2002) handling all kinds of IP matters in firm’s Belgrade office including filing and prosecuting of patent, trademark and design applications as well as the representations in litigations before the Courts regarding the infringements of patents and trademarks. In the capacity of the head of firm’s Budapest Office he has successfully realized the revalidations of clients' numerous IP rights in the countries emerged from Yugoslavia: Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. In 2002 Mr. Graovac established own intellectual property law firm presently existing under the name Graovac IP Law Office.
