- Debt Collection

Gungor and Demirkaya Law Firm (G&D) has been providing debt collection, accounts receivables management services and skip tracing services to many International corporations and trading houses since 2007. G&D is authorized to collect debts for Turkish Companies, International Companies, Government bodies and financial institutions. G&D collects outstanding debts owing by defaulting companies, firms and individuals. With the exception of a small Advance Placement Fee, all collection commissions charged are purely on a contingency basis, thus G&D motto: No Collection -- No Commission.

- Intellectual Property

Turkey's IP laws conform with the World Trade Organisation's (WTO) Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) Agreement. Furthermore, the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) is in force for Turkey, and Turkey has been part of the Madrid Protocol. The country's modern and comprehensive set of IP laws is backed by a Government determined to promote the enforcement of intellectual property rights. We have more than 10 years’ experience in intellectual property law, in particular copyright, patent and design, trade mark and trade practices law.
