Established in 2003, HANSU Law Office has been offering service with a wide range of lawyers under management of the Lawyer Ömer Faruk HANSU and the Lawyer Nejla HANSU.
HANSU Law Office has been performing activity under three basic fields, which are “Legal Counseling”, “A- Disputes” and “Over-Due Receivables [ODR]”.
Clients are usually provided with counseling and legal services in fields of private law, public law, banking & financial law, bankruptcy and enforcement law and international law.
Providing the clients with support specifically in settlement of disputes, follow-up of over-due and troubled receivables, the strong and specialized staff of HANSU offers a full range of services which primarily include legal support in solution of problems which appear particularly in bank and financial law, corporate mergers and takeovers, privatization, commercial law, company law, follow-up of legal proceedings and over-due and troubled receivables, establishment of securities on receivables [establishment procedures for incorporeal rights such as mortgage, etc.], foreign capital and international commercial law, capital market legislation and securities act, administrative and tax law, mining and energy law, real estate and construction law, trademark & patent law, intellectual property law, competition law, business law and product responsibility and consumer law.
HANSU provides their clients with counseling and legal services before Independent Regulatory Commissions, which are Energy Market Regulatory Authority [EMRA], Competition Authority [CA], Capital Market Board [CMB], Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Board [BRSB], Public Procurement Authority [PPA], Information Technologies and Communication Authority [ITCA].
Moreover, HANSU offers counseling and legal service to Public Institutions and Organizations, for which purpose it has been recently providing legal counseling during preliminary preparation stage for expropriation as well as for establishment of Organized Industrial Zones [OIZ] for systematic development of industrialization and regulation of industry in Turkey, and offering legal service for Expropriation actions.
