Hermiz Law is a Troy, Michigan based law firm helping clients with bankruptcy, criminal defense, family, business, and real estate matters. When we embarked on Hermiz Law, our goal was to create a client-centric firm: an approach to delivering legal services that focuses on the client. Our appellate practice largely consists of criminal defense and civil litigation matters. Judges and attorneys commonly make mistakes at the trial level; we are here to fix those mistakes. Other times you may have been victorious at trial and the opposing party is seeking to overturn the outcome; we are here to make sure your successful outcome sticks. We handle various appeals at the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and Federal Appeals level. Our attorney gained valuable experience in appeals during her exposure at the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Las Vegas.
