The Firm was formed to provide dedicated litigation services, both civil and criminal. We also cater for usual client commercial requirements through associations with highly experienced local practitioners who choose to practise freelance.We take instructions from other law firms who choose to outsource the trial work to experienced Counsel who will carry the case from beginning to end, or part thereof.
Kiji Bavou (Adiel Law) is an acknowledged member of the Criminal Bar, and she is available on direct retainer or through lawyers to be briefed in Criminal matters generally.
Ian Roche is experienced civil Counsel, fully trained Mediator and Arbitrator, available for reference as such, or as trial Counsel.
Both Kiji and Ian share the benefit of not having any allegiances to other lawyers in Fiji, and hence are unlikely to encounter questions of conflict of interest.
