The International Law Office Dominicana, S.A., formerly known as the Bufete Juridico Comercial C. por A. was established in 1971.Our office has been in the same location in the business center section of the Hotel El Embajador since that date.
Our firm specializes in Dominican divorce in accordance with Law 149 of Law 1306 bis of the Divorce Code of the Dominican Republic which permits foreignors to divorce in the Dominican Republic in an expedient manner.
The members of the firm include former and current Dominican Republic Senators and Ambassadors, including the current Ambassador to Korea for the Dominican Republic and the current Ambassador to Colombia for the Dominican Republic.
The members of the firm are also the authors of Law 142 which was incorporated into the divorce code of the Dominican Republic and permits foreigners to obtain divorces in the Dominican Republic.
