Our history dates back to the 1920s, when one of our founding fathers, Henry E. Cohen, was one of the first lawyers in the country to represent individuals injured in accidents. His son-in-law, Jacob D. Fuchsberg, a nationally known trial lawyer and former judge of New York's highest appeals court, was the first lawyer to win a personal injury verdict of over $1 million.
