Our founding attorney, Jeffrey S. Marks, was trained and practiced law at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, one of the most prominent law firms in the world. He also served as General Counsel to a $2.5 billion high technology Nasdaq company in Orange County, California. In addition to his legal training, Mr. Marks is an entrepreneur, having founded a successful restaurant development company. His large firm training, in house counsel experience, and real world business experience, results in our clients receiving high quality legal services, coupled with a realistic, practical approach to solving real-world issues. He understands how to bring big firm resources to a small firm setting.
