Jennifer is an estate planning attorney, whose primary focus is trust administration and
probate. Jennifer is a graduate of UCLA and Thomas Jefferson. She has also studied
international law at Gonville and Caius in Cambridge, England.
Jennifer began her legal career fifteen years ago in Orange County, in the area of criminal
defense. She transferred to San Diego in 1995, when she was offered a job at the California
Attorney General’s Office where she drafted criminal writs and appeals. After law school, she
was offered an associate position at Neil, Dymott, Perkins, Brown & Frank, where she defended
doctors and hospitals in malpractice claims. Shortly thereafter, Jennifer accepted an offer at the
law firm of Dummit, Faber, Briegleb & Diamond, where she drafted a variety of legal documents
and prepared cases for trial. Several years ago, Jennifer left Dummit, Faber to start her own
estate planning practice.
Jennifer’s law practice has been featured in California Lawyer, the California Bar Journal,
and Metropolitan Movers. She is a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego County
Bar Association, Trusts and Estates section, Financial Planning Association of San Diego, and
Professional Partners Counsel for the USD Planned Giving Program. She is also a member of
the San Diego Yacht Club, where she races J120s and J105s.
Jennifer has been involved with the Leukemia Cup, Yachting Cup, San Diego Crew
Classic, Special Olympics and sponsored the Model Boat Regatta at the SDYC. She was a
member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where she competed in such events as the
Lava Man Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii. She is licensed to practice law in California and the
United States District Court.
Jennifer lives in Point Loma with her two children: Kole (7 years old) and Konner (6
years old).
