In January, 1997 Jim Hitzelberger opened his own office in Garland, Texas and began representing clients in personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries. In addition to his personal injury case load and at the request of a District Judge, Jim became involved as a Guardian Ad Litem in cases involving Child Protective Services. He has been representing children since 2003 through court appointments.
